The two identical villas, Villa Gaia and Villa Caelum, symbolically represent the connection between Earth and Sky. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area featuring a stylish lounge, elegant dining space, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A guest WC is also located on this level for added convenience. Large floor-to-ceiling balcony doors fill the interior with natural light and open directly onto the outdoor pool area, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The villa is located approximately 1 km from the seaside road, Skala’s main road. It is easy to walk downhill; however, the return uphill is a bit steep. Along the road to the centre of Skala, the beach is on the left-hand side, while cafés and restaurants are on the right. The distance to the centre is approximately 2.5 km.
